Exclusive Wine Merchants was founded by Stoney Steenkamp and Wernard van der Watt, after we saw a gap in the Wine Industry for personalised service and representation in the Southern Cape (as far as Port Elizabeth).

Stoney has been involved in the wine Industry for the past 8 years, while Wern has been involved in the Hospitality Industry for the past 18 years. Our collective experience is therefore a added benefit to our business.

We represent a portfolio of hand selected wine estates, that are each unique in their own right.

The wine farms represented cover a wide range of cultivars to suit both the consumers palates and pockets. These farms have been carefully chosen to complement one another to create a balance in our porfolio.

Our strength lies in establishing a partnership with both our Wine Estates and prospective clients – covering both Retail and Wholesale divisions. We deliver exceptional brand awareness and sales results through service excellence and regular sales calls.
